Meet Cindy Hodo, Founder & Head Coach
I am a lifestyle entrepreneur, business owner, connecter, wife and parent.
Unexpected life challenges fueled my passion to learn as much as I could about wellness and how it effects the entire person – Mind, Body and Spirit. This 20-year journey led me to discover Duke Integrative Medicine’s professional integrative health coach training program. Duke’s intensive certification process taught me how to be an authentic integrative health and wellness coach. Click below to learn more about my own personal wellness journey.
SELF-CARE IS NOT SELFISH – IT IS VITAL.
Busy people often tend to take care of everyone except themselves, placing their well-being on the back-burner. Wellness encompasses more than benchmark medical numbers, nutrition, and exercise. Your numbers may even be good, yet you may still be stressed-out from the pressures of life, family or work.
“I’ve experienced the powerful impact of working one-on-one with a professional wellness coach. Small action steps truly can create positive habits resulting in lasting lifestyle change.”
My objective is to create positive change in people, who in turn will inspire others.
It is an honor to offer coaching, consulting, and healthy lifestyle information that motivates others to take powerful actions that lead to the gift and freedom of a more fulfilling, healthier and vital life.
