Meet Cindy Hodo, Founder & Head Coach
I am a lifestyle entrepreneur, business owner, connecter, wife and parent.
Unexpected life challenges fueled my passion to learn as much as I could about wellness and how it effects the entire person – Mind, Body and Spirit. This 20-year journey led me to discover Duke Integrative Medicine’s professional integrative health coach training program. Busy people often tend to take care of everyone except themselves, placing their well-being on the back-burner. Wellness encompasses more than benchmark medical numbers, nutrition, and exercise. Company History
Quest Group began as a boutique advertising, public relations and special events firm in 1995 in West Point, Mississippi. The agency was founded by Cindy Hodo and Kathy Kenne.
Integrity, creativity and trusted client relations remain hallmarks of Quest Group. In 2014, Cierra Hodo joined as a minority partner and Quest moved its headquarters to Birmingham, Alabama.
Striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle as a busy entrepreneur coupled with a life-changing accident and the sudden loss of her son, Thomas, led Cindy Hodo to the field of professional wellness coaching. In 2018 Quest Group added health and wellness coaching as a service.
Quest Group’s talented professional team ranges from baby boomers to millennials who reside across the United States.
